Our direct shear oils are used in various processes such as carving, broaching or deep threading, which due to their severity require a fluid with superior lubricity properties that work in a boundary lubrication regime.

They contain various types and concentrations of anti-wear and extreme pressure additives that promote the formation of tribo-chemical films of lower resistance that prevent tearing of the piece, thus achieving better surface finishes and a longer tool life.

They can be specifically designed for both ferrous and non-ferrous alloy operations.
