To deliver reliable chemistry that guarantees customer satisfaction, quality assurance is essential. For quality management tasks (QA/QC) we operate under the ISO 9000 norm, our system is certified under this standard since 2008. Our Quality Management System (SAC) has been strengthened over time and has served as platform to implement many internal initiatives as well as those derived from external audits, both in terms of continuous improvement as well as innovation.

SUPPORT AREAS

Our manufacturing process is at the heart of the SAC. All processes directly or indirectly support production, that way we make sure our customers receive the product within specifications, on time and in the agreed package and quantities.

Following we describe some of our most important support processes and their goals:

HUMAN RESOURCES

Ensures that our employees have the skills designated for their specific position and that all have received effective training in the processes, production asset management, quality control equipment and applicable electronic systems.

Gracias a la tecnología inherente en nuestros productos, aportamos para que los procesos y productos de nuestros clientes sean más sustentables. Por ejemplo, un refrigerante para maquinado que logra mantenerse en condiciones óptimas de uso por más tiempo no solo representa un ahorro en costos, también reduce el consumo de agua fresca, y la generación de residuos sólidos y líquidos al final de su vida útil. De la misma forma un tensoactivo que confiere mejores propiedades de detergencia permite reducir la dosis de material activo en el limpiador concentrado, reduciendo así la carga orgánica que termina en el agua residual.

PROCUREMENT, SELECTION AND EVALUATION OF SUPPLIERS

It ensures the reliable supply and competitive cost of all our raw materials, and that these are received on time and with the agreed documentation from the suppliers previously approved by Quality or Design departments.

IN-PROCESS AND FINISHED PRODUCT INSPECTION

The inspection procedures corroborate that both the in-process and finished products meet our quality standards, prior to the next production stage or final release to our stockroom for its subsequent delivery programming by logistics.

Measurement, inspection and testing equipment control

It ensures OUR instruments and measuring equipment are standardized mostly against primary standards through both internal calibrations as well as certified third parties.
